في البداية أود أن اعرفكم على نفسي انا طالبة ماجستير في احدى جامعات انكلترا تخصص ترجمة و حاليا أقوم باعداد رسالة الماجستير في word formation and standarization of medical termonology

لقد قمت باعداد استبيان و احتاج مساعدة طلاب الطب او اطباء للاجابة على الاستبيان عن طريق اختيار احد الاختيارات و ليس هناك اي حاجة للتعليق .

I'm a postgraduate student in translation at a university in the UK, writing my research paper about word formation of medical terminology in Arabic and the problem of non-standardization of medical terminology.

I have prepared a questioner, which I need students of medicine or doctors to answer. You will only have to give your opinion by choosing one from possible three or two choices. You will not be required to comment on anything. Moreover the questioner is so short.

Thank you very much for responding. Unfortunately, I won't be able to put the questionnaires in here, since it is part of my thesis. If I put it on-line, I will be accused of plagiarism later on when I submit my thesis. I do apologize for any inconveniences.

I was actually hoping I can send it in a letter to your usernames in here in the forum, but I believe this isn't possible in this forum.
