We have to improve our doctors skills, and we must have standards or guide lines, and give up more money for researches.

As a Syrian citizen who study medicine outside of Syria, I really see that the medical educational system in Syria needs a lot of improvements. First of all, the Arabic medical course should be either updated annually or it should be replaced by an English course. Secondly, the teaching staff should really be chosen on a much higher criteria than what is existing already. Thirdly, and as my respected colleague shankool mentioned, the universities must put more funds and efforts on researches.

Do you think Aleppo Medical School could link with other good Medical schools such as Jordan or Lebanon to share experience and knowledge?

I think that's possible, but we can take the western guide lines, and applicate them in our country.
This is easiest and particular in the beginning.

Be careful with applying Clinical Guidelines as some of them may need to be changed or be modified to suite the culture and the health care system in developing countries.
CG are helpful but they do not last for long.
