I need your help.

This is Mustafa, an Iraqi boy who was badly injured when a mortar fell on their house.


Medical report
Name : Mustafa A.
Age : 15 years old
Date of admission 4/10/2007

This patient had injuries to the chest and abdomen leading to injuries to lungs and liver laparotomy done and we found liver lacerated in 3 pieces suturing to liver done haemostasis. Diaphragm also injured in 3 areas, suturing of diaphragm done and tube drain put in side abdomen. Chest tube put inside the chest. Then his condition deteriorated in bile drained to the chest and bile appear in sputum.
Thoracotomy done, cleaning of thoracic cavity putting another chest tube and drain through the diaphragm, over the liver through the abdominal wall exit, now drain in abdomen discharge about 250 ml of bile and chest tube is working.


A hospital in Mosul where he was admitted is in bad condition (as in most of the hospitals in Iraq the sanitary and hygienic conditions are almost unacceptable, limited medical service, not enough staff, ... ) and is not capable to provide him with proper medical treatment that he desperately needs.

ِActually, I prefer to look useless and mock rather than get scammed.

It's better to get the help you want through the appropriate, trusted and considerable organizations and authorities, not by emailing and spamming others asking them for help. you're individuals though, so you can't be trusted.

You want help? go to the UN, Red Cross, Red Crescent or any other similar/sub- organization. http://www.icrc.org/ara

I don't deny the fact that many Iraqis are in need for an immediate help, but I can't support or accept the spamming/scamming/phishing way in order to help.

That's true But maybe they don't know what to do in such situation, so we cant blame them for the effort. Not to mention that I don't think it's a bad idea to contact them from any account that you don't care for... we won't lose a thing, after all.
Besides, I didn't like the word you used for her name... brother, do you think she'd like it if she read it?
