Sedating oral antihistamines may help diminish pruritus
Topical corticosteroids are the mainstay of treatment with a 2-week course of systemic corticosteroids

Gravitional dermatitis ...
the treatment should include CHF and supportive paliative therapy
such as topical AntiHistamine

of course your diagnosis is right

so , the answers are :

1- Asteatotic dermatitis

it is a common pruritic dermatitis that occur especially in elderly persons in winter or cold , dry invironment so it called also winter eczema

Diuretics may unmask tendency to dry skin also the over use of soap for washing
the sites of predilection are the legs , hands , arms
the eruption characterized by dry cracked fissured skin with slight scaling

2- the disease is managed by avoiding overbathing with soap
and baths must not be so hot and prolonged
the treatment of xerosis involves first wetting the skin and then immediately applying emollients, such as glycerine , paraffin or vaseline
also helpful is the use of medium -potency corticosteroids ointments (not creams)
applied twice daiyly

النخالية البيضاء (الأرجح ..الأكيدة)
Pityriasis alba النخالية البيضاء ذات إنذار جيد مع تراجع للأفات عادة خلال عدة أشهر أو سنوات
key points :طفل عمره 6 سنوات(مشكلة شائعة عند الأطفال)
تزداد هده البقع وضوحا صيفا (يثير المشكلة التعرض للشمس)
قصة التهاب جلد تأتبي(شائعة خصوصا عند ذوي الجلود الجافة والتأتبيين)
يعني بصراحة القصة كلى keys
