أنا من المهتمين بعلم تخطيط القلب بحكم تخصصي

لذا أرغب من الاخوة الاعضاء والمختصين بإفادتي عن سياسة عمل تخطيط القلب من وجهة نظر المختصين لتطبيقها في مستشفى تخصصي حيث أنني رئيس وحدة تخطيط القلب وأرغب بتطور آلية العمل والأستفادة من خبرات مختلفة في هذا المجال،،،

u mean how to perform an ECG or how to interpret an ECG

?

if you mean how to interpret you need to revise it via books

if u mean how to perfom it , its less than 5 min in time , so its a piece of cake ..

1. wash your hands and apply alcohol wipe of the pt's chest and limb placement sites

2. you have two types of leads you will need to place



the chest ( from VI till V6 ) and the limbs ( I - II - III )


starting with the limb electrode placement :
( just proximal to wrist and ankles usually)



the red color : right arm

the green color : left leg

the yellow color : left arm

the black color : right leg

now the chest electrode placement :

know the site of the 2nd rib which is at the level of the manibrosternal junction and from it start counting

then follow this picture in placing the chest leads :





now connect the leads to the electrodes


lyk here instead of yellow there is grey and easy to know its the yellow site cuz the rest are same color

and the other leads are chest



turn on the macchine and start recording..

remember to remove any jewels from female pts cuz it might interfere , excessive hairy chest might interfere so shave it ,and offer the pt napkins after the test.. write the date and time on the ECG if the macchine doesnt write it
