How to ask your Boss for a salary increase..?

Once upon a time an employee sent a letter to his boss asking for a rise in his salary!!! o

Dear Bo$$ o

I think you $hould be under$tanding of the need$ of u$ worker$ who have given your company $o much $upport including $weat and $ervice. In thi$ life, we all need $ome material thing$ mo$t de$perately. o

I am $ure you will gue$$ what I mean and re$pond $oon. o

Your$ $incerely, o

Norman $oh. o

The next day, the employee received the following reply: o

Dear NOrman, o

I kNOw you have all been working very hard. However NOwadays, NOthing much has changed. You must have NOticed that our company is NOt doing NOticeably well of late. o

NOw the newspapers are reporting that the world's leading ecoNOmists are NOt sure that the United States may yet go into aNOther recession. After the NOvember presidential elections things may turn even worse. o

So I have NOthing more to add right NOw. I'm sure you'll kNOw what I mean. o

I have NOt tried this with my bo$$ yet
